To tell you the truth, there’s no point in my telling you that these places are frequented and are really popular. There’s also no point in telling you that there’s some fancy government certification that declares these places safe (not that such certification exists!!).
What I can do is introduce you to my wife!! Confused? Good.
Meet my wife. Ayesha Garewal Kalra. The inventor of the Ayesha Standard of Sanitization (ASS) Test. My wife officially (okay, maybe not officially) has the most sensitive stomach in the world. A list of her prescriptions is available on request (okay, maybe not). Jokes apart, I’ve had friends fly in from all over the world and eat, with no ill-effects, at places that would make my wife sick.
So how does this work? If I shortlist a place and my wife can eat there without getting sick for 2 days, the place is on our list. If Aysh can eat, so can you. In case you get sick from eating at these ASS test approved places, we will rename our test after you (but don’t expect any money!). Good luck applying for medical insurance.
